			<title>The Total Leader Diploma</title>
			<link>http://www.everestleadership.com/main/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=117&amp;Itemid=48</link>
			<description>

The Total Leader®

The Total Leader Concept was developed in large measure to fill a huge void in the marketplace.

        As the world of business has changed and evolved, the need for effective leaders has skyrocketed. For businesses to become truly empowering and innovative enterprises, they must develop leaders throughout the organization. In fact, the organization of the future is an organization where everyone is a leader. It is only when people are able to lead themselves that they are actually empowered to be creative and innovative. This means leadership must be developed in every employee!

        This is the very foundation of our Total Leader Concept. The Total Leader Concept is based on two vital principles:

	The first principle is that for organizations to succeed in the 21st century, they must develop leaders throughout the total organization.

	The second principle is that for leadership development to be effective, it must utilize a complete, integrated, total leadership development process.

			<title>The Making of a Champion</title>
			<link>http://www.everestleadership.com/main/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=116</link>
			<description>

WHY THE PROGRAM WORKS

The Making
of a Champion

A Program
That Develops the Desire, Habits, Confidence and Attitudes for the Making of A
Champion

High performers have the
desire that drives them to greatness, that causes then to be dedicated to
reaching the top rings of the the ladder of success. Champions separate
themselves from the ordinary by using their potential for greatness. All high
achievers were once at the same stage of development that you are now. They
succeeded by tapping their unused potential, and with practice and dedication,
so can you. Goals identify the achievements you want to reach. Your goals direct
your efforts and show you how far you have come and how far is left to go. When
you can clearly visualize the achievements you will enjoy from your hard work,
the hours and effort become a labor of love, a game, a fascinating adventure.
All winners possess a bulldog determination that separates them from those who
give in to the temptation to quit in despair. Determination helps you overcome
inevitable obstacles. Courage is the mark of a champion in any area of interest
or endeavor. Courage keeps you from being intimidated by the prospect of
failure. Courage gives you the confidence to do what, to others, seems
superhuman. Confidence is believing in yourself.

			<title>Effective Public Speaking</title>
			<link>http://www.everestleadership.com/main/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=103&amp;Itemid=48</link>
			<description>

All great speakers share a common trait: They learned to be great by studying those that went before them. Although we are enamored by the oratory skills of public figures from time to time, none was born with the ability to persuade or inspire.
Instead, what makes them good is the intensity of their desire to study and learn the basic skills that set great speakers apart. Jack Kennedy studied FDR and Churchill and put his own very human stamp on their style. Bill Clinton studied Kennedy and Martin Luther King; Obama has studied them all, and when he shares stories from his life, you can even hear the comforting tones of Ronald Reagan.
Speaking well is not about genes. Unlike basketball or the violin, no talent is required. Speaking well is a skill, comprised of physical behaviors, learnable by anyone who cares enough to succeed.
